How to place an order

1. Choose one way or roundtrip from or to the Schiphol Airport. Enter your pickup postal code or your destination postal code from the airport. If the right postal code was entered by default, place will show up. To select a different address, fill in a different postal code.

2. Enter your date of pick up followed by your flight number, and pick up time based on the schedule, number of travelers, phone number and email. Babies are travelling for free. There are 5 fixed shifts per leg where you can choose from. Below the schedule you will see an automatic upfront fixed fare calculation for your trip. The shuttle will be shared with 2 other customers maximum. If there are no other bookings, it can be that you have the shuttle for your own. When your booking is exceeding 3 persons, the shuttle will be not shared with others.  The pickup time interval is indicative, you will not be picked up later than those time intervals. Arrival time at the Schiphol Airport is indicative and is subject to traffic conditions.

3. Choose a payment method. We are not accepting payments upfront. Customers will pay in the car. After you place your order, you can switch from cash to card payment. We accept cash, debit card and all credit cards.

4.You can add leave comments if necessary. In the Comments section, provide any additional information that will help the driver find you. For example, “Wait at back door”.

5. Finish your booking. You will get an email notification with information about your car 5-10 minutes after placing your order.  30 minutes before the pickup, the driver will then enable location sharing and you will be able to keep track of your taxi in real time though while you wait.

Fares Price

Current fares are available on the pricing page. The ride fare is calculated based on the distance to from your address to the Schiphol Airport or from the Schiphol Airport to your address and time en route. All our fares are fixed fares and will not increase, even if you end up in unforeseen traffic or the driver has to alter the route to or from the airport. Your fare may only be recalculated if you exceed the free waiting period, change the final destination, or ask the driver to make a stop along the way. The driver will inform you about possibilities.

How to use the comments

You can add comments when you place your order. You can use the comments section to provide additional information that will help the driver find you, such as: “Wait for me at the gate” or “Drive into the courtyard”. The driver will see your comment once your order is processed.

How to book a ride for a specific time

You can place an order for a specific time based on the schedule provided in front page. You can place an order and the car will arrive based on the timeframe of pickup as indicated in the schedule. If there are no other customers,

Which payment methods are available

You can pay for taxi rides by cash or bank card or creditcard. We are not accepting payment upfront. Customers will pay in the car. You can choose the payment method when you order a car. After your ride has begun, you can change from cash payment to pay by card.

How to know that your order is accepted

How to contact the driver

You can text the driver through whatsapp or call them. If the driver is not responding, they may be unable to take their attention off driving at the moment. Try writing or calling again in a few minutes.

How to tip the driver

If you are happy with your ride, you can tip the driver.

How to cancel an order

Please note that you will be charged for canceling your order if the car has already arrived.

How to use a promo code

Promo codes are not valid in some regions.
You can get a discount on one or more rides using a promo code.
To apply a discount, enter a promo code when placing your order:

1.    Enter the promo code manually (don't copy it).
2.    Tap Activate (or Done).

How to get a ride report

When the trip is over, you may receive:

  • a report
  • a payment receipt


To get reports on trips, include your email in your booking. You will receive an email with the payment receipt. Afterwards, you'll receive them automatically at the end of each ride.

Evaluation and rating of the driver

When the ride is over, you can rate the driver and leave a comment The rating affects driver’s evaluation from the company. We read all the comments and take them into account in our work with drivers.
